She represented Chinese financial institutions in a wide range of cross-border financing transactions, including bilateral lending, project finance, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, ship financing, commodity finance etc. The clients she advised including China Development Bank, Export-Import Bank of China, Bank of China, Chongqing Xiaoyudian, Chongqing Gangyu etc.

She is familiar with PRC laws about domestic and foreign investment and acquisition. She has represented a number of companies in providing legal services on their investment and acquisition projects, covering overseas hydropower or photovoltaic power station project investment, domestic and foreign share acquisition, asset acquisition, project negotiation, etc. The clients she advised including Li Ning (China), Goodman Group, Sichuan Province Investment Group, CCK Group, Mingjun Group, Langji Group, Super Love Technology, Chongqing Kelanda etc.

She provided legal services on corporate asset-backed securitization and bond issuance projects.
