Jessica lead the patent prosecution team of Beijing Office. Jessica participated in various aspects of patent litigation, invalidation and prosecution for clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and smart phone sectors; Manage PCT patent prosecutions, provided guidance for inside counsel in drafting patent applications for international application. Conducting due diligence analyses and evaluating intellectual property rights in connection with financing and other business transactions; Preparing validity, non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions, and handled the drafting, prosecution, and reexamination of hundreds of patent applications.

During her 3-year experience as a board member of Chemistry Division at Patent Reexamination Board, Jessica handled hundreds of patent invalidation cases. During her working experiences as Patent Examiner, Jessica examined over 500 invention patent applications, completed dozens of search reports for utility model patents, and handled over 50 international search reports on PCT applications for World Intellectual Property Organization.
